Marketing Business Process Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement scalable business processes across departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance.
• Develop KPIs and reporting systems to monitor process effectiveness.
• Plan and lead engaging workshops focused on strategy, innovation, and team alignment.
• Use facilitation techniques to guide teams through ideation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ensure workshops result in actionable outcomes and measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with executives, department heads, and project teams to align goals.
• Communicate complex process changes in a clear and motivating way.
• Foster buy-in and accountability across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience in business process improvement, consulting, or operational excellence required.
• Proven success applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar).
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to design and lead workshops that drive outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends, build KPIs, and inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or workflow tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
