The Resolution Operations pod sits within the Paid Tech Ops team and is part of the broader Performance Marketing organization, which drives industry leading performance marketing campaigns and technology across all Uber customers and Uber products. In this role, you will be an expert in breaking down ambiguous data volatility and discrepancies into their fundamental parts to drive clarity and trust for internal customers. A successful candidate is a strong problem solver who can creatively hypothesize root causes, own end-to-end investigations, and independently drive cross-functional alignment on outcomes across Paid Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and more. You'll act as a SME of our data ecosystem, bridging technical knowledge gaps, and driving Single-Source-of-Truth reporting on data issues, with opportunities to influence campaign QA, product roadmaps, and operational processes.
