About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and leadership in handling large data sets, enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Develop analytical solutions for complex business problems from concept to production.
• Communicate results effectively to diverse audiences and provide thought leadership in advanced modeling and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling, as well as advanced statistical analysis.
• Evaluate trends and develop actionable insights using data, statistical, and quantitative analysis.
• Consult with management regularly and present recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related quantitative fields plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a PhD in the same fields with no required work experience.
• Experience with machine learning, programming languages such as Python and R.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire, and storytelling with data and visualizations.
• Knowledge of customer analytics, statistical modeling, and advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration, project leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with data analysis supporting business decisions and analytical/modeling languages.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis and quantitative analysis of complex business situations.
• Ability to work remotely from any location in the U.S.
