Key Responsibilities

  • Present marketing plan and tactics to gain buy-in with key stakeholders (Doctors, PM, RDO, LW marketing).
  • Execute marketing plan tactics to meet practice goals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing tactic results, including metrics such as leads, missed call rate, lead conversion rate, scheduled appointments, marketing ROI, and Google review growth.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to support activities necessary for executing the marketing plan.
  • Coordinate with practice leadership on internal events and local marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing spending to ensure all expenditures are within budget.
  • Ensure brand continuity is upheld throughout all marketing efforts.
  • Design and order marketing materials as needed.
  • Audit and optimize digital marketing and patient touch points, including patient experience platform, online scheduling, website, Google Business profile, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with operations, setting and meeting goals.
  • Support internal Lightwave events with in-person responsibilities.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or communications.
  • 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience with executing marketing tactics for B2C and B2B markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage agencies as well as collaborate cross-functionally with team members.
  • Knowledge and experience in a variety of advertising methods, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and traditional advertising.
  • Experience working remotely in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications
