Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the director of client experience to develop and execute firmwide client experience strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, technology services, internal accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of client experience initiatives.
  • Lead and support projects that enhance the client journey, from onboarding to long-term relationship management, utilizing AI technologies when appropriate.
  • Centralize and analyze client data to identify trends, standardize processes, and recommend business improvements.
  • Manage client feedback channels and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of client experience initiatives.
  • Work with communications and HR teams to create training and communications to support change management efforts related to client experience improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, marketing strategy, or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability to changing client expectations and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret client feedback and behavior to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, client/customer feedback platforms, and MS Office.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • This position may require some local and national travel.
