Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the director of client experience to develop and execute firmwide client experience strategies.
Collaborate across departments (marketing, technology services, internal accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of client experience initiatives.
Lead and support projects that enhance the client journey, from onboarding to long-term relationship management, utilizing AI technologies when appropriate.
Centralize and analyze client data to identify trends, standardize processes, and recommend business improvements.
Manage client feedback channels and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of client experience initiatives.
Work with communications and HR teams to create training and communications to support change management efforts related to client experience improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, marketing strategy, or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey insights and collaborate across teams.
Adaptability to changing client expectations and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret client feedback and behavior to drive decisions.
Familiarity with CRM systems, client/customer feedback platforms, and MS Office.
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
This position may require some local and national travel.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a professional services environment.
Experience with AI technologies in client experience projects.
