Thompson Creek Window Company
Thompson Creek is the Mid-Atlantic's premier home improvement company, trusted by homeowners for over 40 years. From energy-efficient windows and doors to siding, roofing, and gutters, we design, build, and install products that enhance curb appeal, improve comfort, and deliver long-term value for families across our five key markets. As a locally owned and operated company, we're proud to combine the resources of a large organization with the personal touch of a neighborhood contractor. Our experts manage every step of the process—from product design and manufacturing to installation and service—so homeowners enjoy a seamless experience and results they can count on. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, powering data accuracy, reliable tracking, and performance optimization across all digital touchpoints. You'll manage websites, mobile applications, tracking systems, and automations to ensure seamless customer experiences and accurate data across our five key markets. As the Marketing Technology & Analytics Specialist, you'll ensure Thompson Creek's MarTech stack delivers the insights needed for smarter decisions, stronger campaigns, and elevated customer journeys. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving technical problems, optimizing performance, and making data work harder.
Thompson Creek is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all contractors. We encourage contractors to feel comfortable expressing their true selves and doing their best collaborations at Thompson Creek.
