About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based business solutions, including provisioning, development, and maintenance.
• Work directly with business users to analyze needs and design solutions that enhance their systems and processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations, document business needs, and balance functional goals with technical feasibility.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business process flows, and portals with a preference for configurations over custom code.
• Develop custom applications using the xRM framework and integrate with other systems such as SharePoint and O365.
• Create and register custom add-ins, business process flows, workflows, forms, and views.
• Troubleshoot CRM errors and optimize performance.
• Develop custom reports using SSRS and manage CRM data modeling and customizations.
• Package and deploy D365 solutions across QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Gather requirements, manage change requests, and document project and business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and custom code development.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and O365 integrations, including SharePoint.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP, Web Services, and tools like XrmToolBox.
• Experience creating and registering custom add-ins, Business Process Flows, and custom workflows.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules and data modeling.
• Experience with SSRS for custom reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint Online integration.
• Strong stakeholder and SME interaction skills and requirement gathering experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps (ADO).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Apps Portals / Dynamics 365 Portals.
• Experience with packaging and deploying solutions to various environments.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Benefits & Perks

• Hourly pay rate of $65 - $70.
• Full-time, contract position with an expected 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid remote work in Trenton, NJ, with fixed remote work days.
