About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to help them improve their processes and systems.
• Assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations, design documentation and reports.
• Engage with business users to understand how changes to process, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop solutions to business problems and introduce recommendations.
• Articulate ideas clearly while balancing technological feasibility and functional reasonableness.
• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions using custom code in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including workflows, business process flows, forms, views, and security settings.
• Package and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions across environments (QA, UAT, Production).
• Develop and maintain Power Apps Portals and Web API/Web Services integrations.
• Create and register add-ins with custom C# code and utilize CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Troubleshoot errors and performance issues within Dynamics CRM.
• Create and maintain documentation, including SDLC, requirements, change requests, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to identify requirements and plan upgrades or new builds.
• Evaluate and model data structures for operational needs and legacy data migration.
• Prepare test cases, report outcomes, and ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and configuration.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Custom Development, including XrmToolBox, scripting, plug-ins, and ribbon workbench (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with at least two Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing (minimum 5 years).
• Extensive programming experience in C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box configuration, including tables, forms, workflows, and security (minimum 5 years).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Portal Design and Development (Power Apps Portals) (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with CRM API, Web API, Web Services, and creating custom add-ins (minimum 3 years).
• Experience working with SQL Server 2016 and above, including stored procedures and queries (minimum 5 years).
• Knowledge of SSRS, SharePoint Online integration, and data migration processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Experience in designing, creating, and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions, including modules like Field Operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot errors and optimize CRM performance.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
