Multimedia Content Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media profiles.
• Edit and assemble video content such as ads, shorts, patient testimonials, and promotional reels in Premier Pro.
• Clean up and mix audio for podcasts, voiceovers, and event recordings in Audition.
• Assist in the creation of graphics, pamphlets, digital ads, and other collateral using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Perform light animation tasks such as logo stings and lower thirds in After Effects or Animate.
• Develop, schedule, and publish content regularly on social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, track KPIs, and deliver monthly reports.
• Work with the DoMR to pitch and develop new content, media pieces, and digital ad campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a library of marketing content including brochures, cards, quick reference guides, website links, and videos.
• Meet regularly with department supervisors to provide and receive feedback for role improvement.

Requirements

• Familiarize with Redemption Psychiatry’s history, practice, mission, and vision.
• Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a digital content-related position and/or a relevant degree in digital media production.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Proficiency in Windows Computer and Adobe Creative Cloud products, especially Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and After Effects.
• Ability to work independently and provide regular reports.
• Must adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and Stark guidelines.

Nice to Have

• Related or complementary Adobe applications as needed.
• PC capable of running Adobe Creative Cloud products.
