About the Role

RF Studio53 is a cutting-edge creative studio based in New York, dedicated to crafting meaningful and unforgettable visual experiences. They work with an international roster of top-tier businesses and industry leaders, specializing in brand communications, advocacy, corporate storytelling, employee engagement, brand strategy, paid media, and more. The studio seeks an innovative bilingual (Spanish) Multimedia Designer to support diverse client goals by creating dynamic digital and print design assets that push creative boundaries and transform multimedia projects into bold, innovative experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of digital ads for deployment on paid social and via the programmatic ecosystem
  • Collaborate with creative & account leads to support clients with 'always-on' social / digital content strategies
  • Remain on top of key social media and digital trends, and partner with creative and account leads to design & produce digital assets reflecting those trends
  • Employ conceptual abilities for creative planning, such as idea sketching and storyboarding
  • Produce a variety of creative digital multimedia assets including video reels, display ads, native ads, GIFs, carousel posts, static graphics, audiograms, social media templates, motion graphics templates, custom icons, original illustrations, brochures, exhibition booth graphics
  • Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere to edit and enhance short- and long-form video content for online platforms
  • Produce print materials such as brochures, postcards, billboards, posters, signage
  • Assist in logo design and brand identity development projects
  • Iteratively revise and optimize concepts and media based on team feedback, stakeholder review, and data insights
  • Join stakeholder meetings to understand needs and develop visual concepts
  • Maintain an organized archive of multimedia and design assets
  • Utilize project management platforms to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, computer graphics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a creative role with a focus on digital production
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Experience in creating multimedia and graphics for websites, apps, digital marketing (social media, banner ads, etc.)
  • Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.) or similar tools
  • Familiarity with quick design platforms like Creatopy or Canva for digital content
  • Proficiency in creating HTML5 graphics and animations
  • Capable of designing original visuals and illustrations
  • Understanding of how design works on social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and an open communicator
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent at managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Detailed and committed to high-quality work
  • Proactive and solution-driven

Nice to Have

  • Interest in public service campaigns, unbranded campaigns that tackle societal issues and public policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, computer graphics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a creative digital production role
