.NET / C# Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and responsive web applications using .NET Core (C#) and React.js
• Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot application and database issues
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines where appropriate

Requirements

• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help resolve L3 incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities
• Experience with technologies including Java and Spring, Cloud technologies (Azure, AKS, Functions), Container technologies (Docker), Data streaming architecture (Kafka) or messaging (ASB, Tibco), Relational databases (Oracle, Postgres), Client-side web technologies (JavaScript, React JS, JSON, HTML, CSS)
