About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using the .NET Framework and .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, experience working with distributed teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with offshore development teams.
Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Occasionally attend meetings during offshore hours to ensure alignment with global teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Azure cloud services.
Proficiency in Visual Studio and working with Web Services/APIs.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-level application development using .NET technologies.
Experience working with distributed teams and offshore coordination.
