About the Role

Jenike & Johanson is looking for a NetSuite Developer with 5+ years of experience to support post-implementation troubleshooting, customizations, and ongoing optimization of their ERP system. This role is part-time remote, 10-20 hours a week, with a potential to extend. It is a critical, hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys problem-solving, refining systems, and delivering real-time improvements in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Review and optimize existing NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, and roles
Troubleshoot and resolve system technical issues across multiple departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations)
Support customizations related to forms, fields, saved searches, dashboards, and user experience
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize requests and document process flows as related to NetSuite
Provide guidance on NetSuite best practices and system scalability

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
Savvy user with NetSuite CRM functionality
Advanced skills in Projects (Advanced Project Module) is a must
Proficiency in customizing Reports, Forms, Saved Searches, Workflows, Permissions/Roles, and Scripting
Expertise with post-implementation NetSuite support
Ability to interface with in-house accounting team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Prior work with professional services, engineering, or global teams
Experience with interfacing with third-party software

5 years of NetSuite development experience
