About the Role

ICF Next is seeking an On-Call Senior Video Editor to join their Creative Studio on a freelance basis. The role involves editing video and audio content across various digital and social platforms in a fast-paced, creative environment. The company is a global advisory and technology services provider that combines expertise with cutting-edge technology to help clients solve complex challenges and shape the future. The position offers remote work within the United States with flexible hours, from zero to 30 per week, and emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and delivering meaningful work that helps communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products that align with project requirements and creative vision.
Collaborate with creative leads and clients to ensure video content aligns with overarching campaign goals, deliverables, and brand identity.
Provide strategic insights on video formats, pacing, and visual style to maximize engagement and impact.
Use advanced color grading techniques to enhance visual storytelling and ensure high-quality visuals.
Stay up to date on the latest technology, trends, and tools for video/dynamic content in digital/social and advertising, bringing expertise to the studio and clients.

Requirements

10+ years of video editing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Experience editing for a variety of formats, from documentary to social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong color grading skills, preferably with experience in DaVinci Resolve and/or Lumetri.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Skills in Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe After Effects.
Experience with Final Cut Pro.

Qualifications

10+ years of video editing experience.

Benefits & Perks

Flexible remote work within the United States.
Variable hours (from zero to 30 per week).
Pay range from $60,927.00 to $103,576.00 based on experience and other factors.
