About the Role

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator will serve as the primary contact in support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, overseeing the administration and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. The role involves managing user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance, monitoring system performance, planning and implementing upgrades and patches, diagnosing technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to support ERP-related needs. Implementing security best practices and managing data protection are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance and health, utilizing Oracle Cloud monitoring tools.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement application upgrades and patches.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to instances to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with application developers and other stakeholders to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP-related needs.
  • Implement security best practices (LBAC, SSO, etc.) and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage data protection and privacy settings within Oracle ERP Fusion.
  • Work closely with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business teams to support ERP-related needs.
  • Communicate effectively with Oracle support and other external vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (OCI, Security, Release Management, Auditing).
  • Experience with HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance modules in Oracle Cloud.
  • Three or more years of Oracle Cloud Instance Management.
  • Understanding of Oracle Universal Credit model.
  • Knowledge of system development methodology and principles of project management.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of clinical systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
