About the Role

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Analyst I will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Oracle Cloud system aligns with Mount Nittany Health's business goals. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing changes, conducting system configuration, and performing testing. The position requires translating business needs into technical solutions to ensure the Oracle Cloud environment runs efficiently and effectively, focusing on one of the core modules within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues within the Oracle Cloud system.
Implement changes and conduct system configuration.

Ensure the Oracle Cloud environment is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Human Capital Management, or equivalent experience.
One year of experience in the relevant area, providing exposure to operating policies, procedures, processes, and interdependencies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
Organizational and motivational skills, with the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and motivate personnel.
Effective teaching skills.
Interest in and enthusiasm for technology and its potential to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
