OSS Solution Architect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
• Define application architecture and create high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules.
• Lead validation activities for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL, or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11+ years of experience in OSS/BSS Domain and working in the Telecom Industry as Solution Architect.
• Knowledge of TM Forum, MEF, SID, Processes and Components in Service provisioning, Service assurance, Order provisioning, Operations management.
• Knowledge of the telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Design Team leadership.
• Basic understanding of Cloud concepts, Microservices, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker.
• Proven experience in creating working solutions addressing customer requirements in OSS/Service Fulfilment/Service Assurance.

• Additional 5+ years of hands-on experience in Design Team leadership.
• Further experience with Cloud concepts, Microservices, K8s, and Docker.
• Proven ability to create solutions addressing customer requirements in OSS/Service Fulfilment/Service Assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
