Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Paid Media channel to support company goals.
  • Create and manage Paid Ad campaigns on Social Media Platforms.
  • Source creative assets in partnership with the in-house design team and other partner teams.
  • Extract and analyze campaign data from Ads Managers and internal dashboards, optimizing performance through budget adjustments.
  • Regularly report on progress against goals and relevant Paid metrics to management.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tracking of paid campaigns through internal dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience managing Paid Media campaigns (preferably on Social Media Ad Platforms like Meta).
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic functions, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables, for data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Moderate experience using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Experience writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
  • Understanding of ad creative.
  • Experience with A/B testing, particularly around audience segmentation and targeting.
  • High attention to detail and relentlessly high standards.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects within strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using SQL and similar queries for data analysis.
