About the Role

The Social Media Buyer at Active Network LLC will work closely with internal teams and external organizations to deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as search, social, and display. The role involves managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns to build demand generation and achieve business objectives. The company, Global Payments, is a leader in payment technology and software solutions, serving over 3 million companies and 600 million cardholders worldwide, with a focus on innovation and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and buy digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (search, social, video, display).
Set up marketing campaigns in platforms based on the media plan (META, Google, TikTok, etc).
Measure, optimize, and report on campaigns, keeping KPIs such as ROAS and Purchase in focus.
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal teams and external organizations.
Analyze and execute campaigns, providing key insights and recommendations.
Support the Direct Sales team with campaign execution in Google Ads Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
2-3+ years of social media buying or campaign setup experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
Proven ability to establish productive cross-functional relationships at all levels.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com (or equivalent), and Survey Monkey (or equivalent).

Nice to Have

Experience with campaign analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of additional digital advertising platforms beyond META, Google, TikTok.
