The company has expanded to Arizona and Texas and offers a comprehensive range of marketing services from traditional to digital. Key Responsibilities

Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, and Pixels.
Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance metrics and return on investment (ROI).
Generate and present regular performance reports to the project management team and senior management, offering actionable insights.
Develop and continuously optimize ad creative, ad copy, and landing pages.
Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, offers, video ads, e-commerce, and bidding optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or managing social media ad accounts, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency with Facebook Business/Ads Manager is essential.
Strong communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, webinars, and in-person interactions.
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest ads is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest ads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media advertising or marketing.
