Key Responsibilities

Build media plans and run campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap.
Collaborate with creatives to test bold new hooks and creative angles.
Work with analysts to turn data into actionable insights.
Spot trends early and try new channels before they become mainstream.
Be the go-to person for clients to drive performance forward.

Requirements

A few years (3 or more) of experience in performance or growth marketing.
Knowledge of Facebook, Google, or TikTok Ads.
Experience with app campaigns is a plus.
Strong communication skills to explain CAC and metrics clearly.
Ability to thrive in a testing, learning, and iterating environment.

Experience running app campaigns.
