About the Role

The Phillips-Medisize Summer 2026 Digital Business Partner Intern role within Koch Business Solutions, LP, supports the digital transformation journey of the MPS Division of Molex. The intern will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement digital solutions that enhance business processes and foster a culture of innovation. The position can be located in Hudson, WI or Little Rock, AR, and involves supporting digital initiatives, data literacy, and emerging technologies to drive growth and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide guidance in leveraging digital technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define business requirements, using Design Thinking methodology to uncover improvement areas in people, processes, and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MPS and Molex Digital, gaining experience in leveraging business and technical expertise to support digital solutions.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and oversee projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and contribute to discussions on their potential adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Promote digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation. Support stakeholders in data literacy, data governance, and self-service analytics to empower informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Interest in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
