About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Associate to support global marketing operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This part-time, remote role is critical in managing the review and approval process for marketing collateral across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The successful candidate will bring strong project management experience, familiarity with marketing workflows, and a solid grasp of Adobe Workfront. You'll coordinate across multiple stakeholders, ensure accuracy and compliance, and help drive the timely execution of marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end review and approval workflows for marketing collateral
Conduct quality checks on all submissions to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholder reviewers and marketing teams
Assist marketers with submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional requirements
Use Adobe Workfront to manage and triage tasks, keeping projects on track
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to move projects forward efficiently
Generate and distribute quarterly and ad hoc reports
Organize meetings, develop agendas, and prepare progress documentation
Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations as needed
