About the Role

IDR is seeking an PHP/Application Developer to join a healthcare organization in Dallas, TX. The role involves supporting and maintaining CRM/Loyalty applications within a team-oriented culture, offering a long-term opportunity to work with industry-leading technology and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain CRM/Loyalty applications as part of a team.
Assist in the development and architecture of applications related to the organization's needs.
Contribute to the performance monitoring and optimization of applications.

Requirements

5+ years of PHP experience.
AWS Cloud experience.
Proficient with application performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog, CloudWatch).
Strong expertise in MySQL, including writing optimized queries and solving complex data-related issues.
Loyalty application experience.

Nice to Have

Experience building and deploying AWS resources (EC2, Load Balancers, S3, Lambda) with CloudFormation.
Experience with Python scripting.
Ability to develop web-based UIs with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in PHP development and AWS cloud services.
