Physician and Provider Relationship Manager - Cincinnati

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic counsel to Market President, System Strategy and Marketing, Medical Group, and Population Health related to incremental growth opportunities and barriers.
• Acts as strategic growth expert to service line leaders and BSMH specialists building new practices, collaborating to create high impact growth plans with measurable targets.
• Uses national, state, and local trends, benchmarks BSMH performance in KPIs relevant to growth, identifying gaps and recommending initiatives to market leadership.
• Conducts face-to-face visits with physicians, providers, and influencers to inform them of new services or changes in care delivery to optimize care coordination.
• Identifies barriers and facilitates resolution to improve care delivery, often resulting in process change or new service offerings.
• Identifies physicians and providers at risk of leaving the network and partners with leadership to create and implement retention plans.
• Convenes market stakeholders to discuss and address competitive threats, performance improvement opportunities, and product differentiators.
• Aggregates and interprets multiple data sources to inform strategic call plans, demonstrating measurable growth impact.
• Executes call plans by conducting and recording visits with physicians, providers, and influencers.
• Collaborates with department leaders to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Schedules and plans physician networking events.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative analytics to assess product performance and create growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or communications.
• 2 years experience in sales, customer service, education, or marketing.
• Ability to convene market leaders and facilitate growth discussions.
• Experience in conducting face-to-face visits with physicians and providers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create growth plans.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work in various conditions including adverse weather.
