This role involves driving operational platform management across products and ecosystems, operating in an agile environment, and collaborating closely with internal and external customers, business lines, and Agile teams to test product evolution and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational platform management across products and their ecosystems.
Operate within an agile operating model to deliver agility at scale, innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Partner closely with customers, business lines, and Agile teams to test the evolution of assigned products.
Contribute to acceptance criteria for product testing.
Collaborate with the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams.
Work closely in a hands-on style with development teams, addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback, and identifying testing defects and obstacles around testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Typically one or more years of related experience.
Ability to collaboratively create test cases and present test results.
Solid understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer navigation skills.

Nice to Have

Minimum of 3 years of Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodities product expertise.
Calypso Software knowledge and/or CATT automation testing preferred.
Standard industry certifications such as ISTQB Agile Testing is a plus.
Ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes and value through testing use cases.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams.

Qualifications

Educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
