Portfolio Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact and central owner of the Goya product portfolio, maintaining organized records for over 2,500 SKUs.
• Gather and validate all product content including pack and lifestyle images, product specs, claims, certifications, consumer insights, recipes, and marketing copy.
• Ensure internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce have access to the most up-to-date information and approved assets.
• Maintain a well-structured product library and coordinate asset delivery with Omnipix and other asset management tools.
• Validate product information with R&D to ensure claims and descriptions are accurate and approved.
• Proactively identify and fill content gaps.
• Support go-to-market and innovation initiatives with accurate portfolio data.
• Build and maintain a system to update product information as packaging, claims, or formulas evolve.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Computer literacy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Well-organized, flexible, and highly results- and detail-oriented.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or 3-5 years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
