About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping and delivery of new solutions and enhancements under the TruIQ product suite, which includes Data Science, Segmentation, Reporting, and Activation SaaS tools.
• Partner with Solutions, Sales, and Engineering teams to craft solutions and orchestrate the delivery of future roadmap capabilities.
• Lead the ideation, research, and development of new product concepts leveraging the OneTru platform within the SaaS domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales to ensure rapid product incubation and execution.
• Design seamless customer experiences by applying user-centric design principles to meet various user profiles.
• Ensure operational readiness for onboarding and managing client processes, and tune products for scale and reliability.
• Leverage AI and Machine Learning technologies to improve product performance and business outcomes.
• Engage with existing and potential customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify customer needs.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for product success and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology & analytics consulting, technical pre-sales, product management, or customer-facing data science roles.
• Proven track record of leading development and launch of successful data-driven products.
• Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, applied AI, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Background in Credit and Non-Credit based offerings and knowledge of FCRA regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience applying user-centric design principles and rapid prototyping to test and validate concepts.
• Ability to stay current on industry trends and market research to inform product innovation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building and managing SaaS and CDW product offerings.
• Background in Credit and Non-Credit Data Marketing and familiarity with FCRA regulations.
• Experience working with international partners to launch products globally.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies and their application in product development.
