Designs and maintains interactive dashboards, collaborates with stakeholders to define KPIs, and ensure data quality and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources
Partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Implement data quality checks and perform regular audits
Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards
Recommend process improvements and stay current with industry best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience required
4+ years of experience in Information Systems, Data analytics or equivalent experience
Experience working with large datasets and data transformation preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
