About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ship quickly and develop new modes of working with computers.
• Work on groundbreaking projects involving LLMs.
• Collaborate closely with external partners to fuel growth.
• Contribute to product decisions, direction, and prioritization.
• Shape the engineering culture.
• Design and build human-in-the-loop UI elements to guide LLMs.
• Create AI-driven, auto-filled hypothesis trackers for investment research.
• Design and build a mobile app from scratch in 3 weeks.
• Develop real-time collaboration tools for consultants and investors.

Requirements

• Has exceptional taste and design judgment.
• Strong product sensibilities.
• Based in NYC — we have a huge bias for IRL work.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently.
• Opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role.
• Loves collaborating with engineers.
• Curious about AI tools and how they might speed up design-to-code cycles.
