Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, feature prioritization, roadmap and execution for our AI Decisioning Engine.
Engage with our customers directly to learn and gather feedback.
Develop prioritized feature product roadmaps.
Own cross-functional execution of the roadmap, working with various stakeholders across UI/UX, Frontend and Backend Engineering, Customer Success and Implementation teams.

Requirements

Love building products that users love and obsess over the tiniest details to deliver a delightful customer experience.
Proactively identify opportunities and risks, work around obstacles, and seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Ability to structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution.
Able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
Familiar enough with software to analyze data schema for gaps that need to be bridged.
Availability of up to 10-15% for travel for team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events.

Nice to Have

Experience with ML or AI products.
Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
Knowledge of data integrations and platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in product management or related roles.
Technical familiarity with software analysis and data schemas.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
