As a Product Owner within KeyBank's Conversational AI team, you will oversee the development and management of natural language conversational capabilities across Digital and Voice channels with an emphasis on client engagement and experience. The position entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute strategy, drive improvement, and support continuous enhancement efforts. Responsibilities include defining the Virtual Assistant's characteristics in alignment with the brand and ensuring its deployment supports business goals and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple products and/or projects; may direct efforts of a squad or cross functional team
  • Partner and support work of product owners and other team members to build and deliver enhancements to Key Bank's mobile and online chat capabilities
  • Initiate and lead projects to implement enhancements and innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, product partners, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize digital investment
  • Demonstrate results from use of insights; act as a thought leader in the area of expertise that can apply analytical methods and tools; recommend strategy based on insights
  • Understand key drivers of financial results and articulate opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strong business/financial knowledge and understand clients' needs, collaborating with technology partners to build or integrate scalable and extensible capabilities
  • Execute initiatives and co-manage or assist on individual backlog items related to complex efforts
  • Translate business goals into digital product concepts and tactical user stories
  • Work closely with stakeholders to advise on developing and sustaining a business advantage with an AI first mindset
  • Maintain and manage multiple and/or changing priorities quickly with flexibility, initiative, innovation, and a team focus
  • Make sound data-driven judgments using analytical and qualitative data sources
  • Identify, isolate, and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to minimize customer pain points
  • Develop close working relationships with other departments and external contacts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years in digital and/or product development
  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and insights
  • Familiarity with industry competitive analysis and being a thought leader
  • Combination of business depth and technical savvy
  • Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment
  • Digital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a bachelor's degree in relevant fields (business, marketing, information systems management) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in digital and/or product development for at least 3 years

Benefits & Perks

  • Eligible for a base salary in the range of $71,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience
  • Eligibility for short-term incentive compensation
  • Eligibility for deferred incentive compensation
