Partnering with Product, Design, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams, you’ll drive the strategic planning and execution of projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, setting milestones, and adapting to evolving needs.
Track progress, communicate updates, and proactively address scope changes.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demos and executive reviews.
Identify key stakeholders and ensure their effective involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate product deliverables for go-to-market activities, ensuring a smooth launch.
Champion the implementation of studio processes, driving efficiency and consistency.
Plan and lead engaging workshop sessions, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in a tech environment focused on media or digital entertainment products.
Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations.
Experience with operations for Product teams is a plus.
Strategic intuition to foster cross-functional synergies and develop connections across products.
Deep understanding of entertainment products and digital services, including the interplay between hardware, software, and services.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and navigate complex situations with diplomacy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Objective problem-solving approach and exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications
