Key Responsibilities

Set up folders on shared drive and upload project documents into folders
Verifying tabs updated in Workspace
Assemble PDF and project quotes
Create stakeholder and region reports
Prepare and distribute project reports from Workspace
Updating tabs/comments as requested
Assist with Shopping Carts (purchase order creation)
Maintain tracker invoices and change orders
Work on financial reconciliation, research late payments and final payments to vendors
Collect and file lien waivers
Set up budgets from the GC bid/SOV on the budget tab
Ensure write-offs are complete
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Ensure all audit required documentation is in Workspace and Shared Drive
Work with multiple Construction PMs for any ad hoc requests

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
