You will work under the supervision of the Team Leader, Customer Experience, and in conjunction with the Sr Project Coordinator, primarily coordinating all assigned provisioning service projects, developing internal project plans, and acting as the primary liaison between Sales and Services to ensure timely and successful application of services for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates projects with Technical Services team from discovery to production and provides updates for all pre-production orders in the department.
  • Serves as first point of contact and the liaison between the TIDC and Sales for all onboard and design requests, communicating updates to sales and customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages and provides required customer reports by updating documents with key data points related to Distribution Center based services.
  • Provides updates on all configuration orders to Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Coordinates conference calls overviews on all configuration orders with sales.
  • Works with sales team to problem solve scheduling conflicts.
  • Acts as the direct point of contact for sales, sales operations, and customers to coordinate all business requirements, manage inquiries and escalations.
  • Works with Distribution Services team and Product Management team on order fulfillment and status updates for all customer orders in configuration lab or at a distribution partner.

Requirements

  • Degree Requirements: Associate Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience to qualify for the role.
  • Total of 6 years of work experience to be fully proficient.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Up to 6 years of total work experience for full proficiency.
