Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and execution processes.
• Experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage urgent requests.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining team collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms preferred.
• Experience with file sharing and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing processes and terminology.
