About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Execute and track projects using campaign plans created by firm partners.
• Coordinate tasks with designers, videographers, writers, and strategists.
• Deliver campaigns on time while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Meet daily with CRM partners to discuss progress and challenges.
• Keep the team aligned, informed, and focused on priorities.
• Highlight risks early and find solutions proactively.
• Maintain project databases with campaign results and actions.
• Provide clear updates on performance and next steps.
• Suggest creative ways to improve campaigns.
• Help clients and teammates see the “next step” for growth.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of digital marketing or project management experience (preferred).
• Experience working with small business digital campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Competence with spreadsheets and project tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and phone presence.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools supporting strategy, analytics, and project flow.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing or project management (1-2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
