About the Role

HPC Industrial is looking for a Field Project Manager for their Lafayette Offshore group to join their safety conscious team. This position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of project work from bid process through completion of the project. The role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, maintaining effective communication with customers, field crews, and the operations manager, and ensuring the availability of reliable equipment and trained personnel on site. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all aspects of project work from bid process through completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed in a safe manner according to the job procedure plan and safety execution plan.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, field crew, and the operations manager regarding account and project status.
  • Ensure appropriate and reliable equipment and fully trained personnel are on site.
  • Support customers during contract implementation and throughout the relationship, seeking customer feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop sales plans supporting profitable revenue objectives and support account activity monitoring to meet KPIs.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to retain clients and generate referrals.
  • Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, including recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Coordinate and present business reviews and planning meetings as specified.

Requirements

  • Seven years of experience in an industrial cleaning environment with 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Prior project management or supervisory experience with leadership skills.
  • Ability to research, plan, and follow-up on leads to secure business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation skills.
  • Technical writing skills and verbal communication proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills.
  • Two-year technical degree with seven years of industrial cleaning experience or equivalent; a BS in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and travel for extended periods.
  • TWIC Card and valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years in industrial cleaning environment with project management experience.
  • TWIC Card.
