Python & MongoDB Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and script automation solutions using Python for data processing and system integration.
• Handle and resolve issues in production environments related to data and system performance.
• Analyze system logs and monitor data using tools like Splunk to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Support the migration project by ensuring data integrity and system stability during switch-to-switch transitions.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area.
• This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, especially in scripting for automation and data processing.
• Proficiency in working with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Experience in handling production environments and resolving live issues.
• Familiarity with Splunk for log monitoring and analysis.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing concepts and tools.
• Experience in telecom or service activation domains.
