About the Role

The Python Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using a combination of front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves working with cloud services, automation tools, and modern development practices to deliver scalable and efficient solutions within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications and services using Python, Java/J2EE, and front-end technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Webpack, PrimeNg, and Module Federation.
Leverage AWS services including S3, ECS Fargate, EC2, SQS/SNS, Route53, Secrets Manager, Lambda, Cloudwatch, AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, and API Gateway to build cloud-based solutions.
Use AWS APIs, CLI, and SDKs to write applications and automate cloud infrastructure tasks.
Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using GitLab, Terraform, and build tools like Maven, Gradle, Nexus, and SonarQube.
Utilize DevOps tools to build, inspect, deploy, test, and promote new or updated features.
Perform unit testing with frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, and API testing with tools like Postman.
Automate testing using tools such as Karate, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Participate in Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in developing applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
Experience with core AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
Ability to use AWS service APIs, CLI, and SDKs.
Experience with relational database concepts including SQL, joins, and normalization.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Terraform, and build tools like Maven, Gradle, Nexus, and SonarQube.
Experience with DevOps practices for building, testing, and deploying applications.
Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and API testing tools (Postman).
Experience with testing automation tools such as Karate, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Experience working within Agile Scrum teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python language.
Practical knowledge of SRE and Splunk.
Experience with Docker.
Database modeling skills.
Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and security best practices in cloud environments.
Expertise in front-end technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Webpack, PrimeNg, and Module Federation.
