React JS Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge and Design.
• Create high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module.
• Lead validation for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in UI development with React.
• Expert on React Core concepts and must be hands-on.
• Experience in React State management.
• Experience in Micro frontend (MFE) Development.

Nice to Have

• Good on Code coverage and Unit Test.
• Good debugging skills.
• Knowledge in GitHub Co-pilot usage.
• Experience building UI from Figma designs.
• Software development leveraging Agile Scrum methodology.
• Exposure in deploying software to private/public cloud, DevOps experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability & prior experience in performing a techno-functional role, anchoring technical solutions, working with Business stakeholders to understand the requirements, study existing applications/technical landscape, and collaborate with IT Architects.
• Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams to iron out integration needs.
• Ability to guide implementation teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery model & eagerness to learn new technologies & product skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
