About the Role

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist working remotely in support of the Air Combat Command (ACC) Directorate of Cyberspace Operations and Warfighting Communications (A6) Zero Trust (ZT) Chief Technology Officer (CN/CTO). Streamline delivers professional and technical solutions to the U.S. Defense, Intelligence, and Special Operations communities. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or JIRA to support program management and decision-making.
Translate complex concepts, technical data, and program metrics into clear, impactful narratives for leadership briefings, reports, and infographics.
Create high-quality program management visuals tailored for executive-level audiences in both DoD/Federal and commercial environments.
Lead the end-to-end presentation design process, including stakeholder engagement, narrative development, slide creation, iterative feedback, and on-time delivery.
Design and maintain branding and visual identity within standardized libraries of fonts, colors, styles, logos, backgrounds, and themes to ensure consistency across program deliverables.
Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to identify visualization requirements and deliver products aligned with mission goals.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with government standards in all produced materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
6 years of experience which includes: Creating project management visuals for Fortune 400 organizations and/or DoD/Federal agencies; Experience with program management and data visualization software (e.g. JIRA, PowerBi, or Tableau); and Experience building and managing dashboards.
Experience simplifying complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives for presentations and infographics.
Experience managing the entire presentation design process to include working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting deadlines.
Experience developing compelling branding within an approved library of standardized fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, themes, etc.
