The Revenue Operations Analyst - Gainsight Administrator is responsible for orchestrating the operating rhythm that enables our Customer Success and Implementation teams to scale effectively, with a particular focus on Gainsight CRM. This role involves coordinating operations activities across these functions, driving scalable processes and technology deployment, and monitoring team performance through critical metrics. The position reports to the Director of Customer Success Operations within the Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team at BILL, a rapidly growing Fintech company dedicated to financial automation and innovation.
