About the Role

The Judge Group is currently seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer to support a federal project. This position requires US citizenship due to contract regulations. The project is performed 100% remote. As a Cybersecurity Consultant specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, you will join a dynamic team of developers and consultants working at the intersection of business and technology. You will help clients address complex cybersecurity challenges by designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in SailPoint IIQ and Java development, as well as the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ modules using Java within an Agile development framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver secure IAM solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, including connectivity, performance, and security concerns.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, tools, and business processes.
Support production environments, including end-to-end testing, issue remediation, and enhancement planning.
Ensure compliance with security, accessibility (Section 508), and user experience standards.
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship (required due to contractual obligations).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
3-5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong understanding of SailPoint architecture, features, and integration capabilities.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Nice to Have

Broad knowledge of information system technologies and IAM principles.
Experience with additional programming languages and scripting tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps tools and practices.
Experience implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
Ability to maintain and improve documentation for IAM systems and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
