About the Role

A leading financial services firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to define and drive the technical and functional roadmap for Salesforce across key business units, including Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. This role is critical to shaping scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant Salesforce solutions that enhance client engagement, streamline internal operations, and support end-to-end lifecycle management. The Salesforce Architect will act as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, while also overseeing day-to-day platform operations and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical and functional roadmap for Salesforce across multiple business units.
Shape scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant Salesforce solutions.
Enhance client engagement and streamline internal operations through Salesforce implementations.
Support end-to-end lifecycle management within Salesforce platforms.

Requirements

Experience in Salesforce architecture within the financial services industry.
