About the Role

Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Email Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for developing responsive, personalized email campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and data teams to bring creative concepts to life through high-quality, data-driven email experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create and manage dynamic content blocks and personalization strategies based on customer data.
Set up and execute email campaigns, including A/B testing, QA, and deployment.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate creative assets into functional, visually appealing emails.
Ensure cross-platform and cross-client compatibility for all email campaigns.
Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement fixes to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio and Content Builder.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for email development and data management.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
Ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant are a plus.
