About the Role

The Sales Engineering group focuses on designing and leading the technical delivery for Apple's Enterprise Sales Business. The Senior Technical Architect will provide architecture, design, and development leadership across multiple projects, serving as a hands-on advisor with strong interpersonal, technical, and industry knowledge to deliver outstanding enterprise sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight for Salesforce projects and design solutions based on best practices
Work with the development team to customize solutions and decide when custom development is vital
Build prototypes and proof of concepts to clarify business needs
Design data models, sharing and visibility, and business process automation
Define coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality
Lead delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migrations in Salesforce

Requirements

10+ years experience with a minimum of 8+ years on the Salesforce platform
Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce integrations
Experience designing complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with any other CRM application (except Salesforce)
Familiarity with Java and related frameworks
Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
Familiarity with Javascript and front end technologies
