Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the SAP Project systems technology landscape and how it affects the business operations.
  • Interact with business to understand business requirements to conclude solutions, configuration, testing and support.
  • Implement Project solutions in multiple projects through solution design, program management, product delivery and service management.
  • Configure SAP PS structures such as WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project Quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities.
  • Integrate SAP PS with CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Provide thought leadership on Supply Chain strategy focusing on Project Systems solutions and road map.
  • Understand the system ecology and its financial interfaces with legacy systems (Oracle/Hyperion) and SAP components (E-Hana, SAC-P, Analysis for Office, Webi).
  • Build effective relationships with business subject matter experts and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation of SAP PS solutions.
  • Configure and customize core SAP PS functionalities including WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, MRP, Quotation, Goods Issues, and Progress Reporting.
  • Manage project lifecycles within SAP PS, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Create and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with SAP modules and legacy systems.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP PS solutions.
  • Develop and present solution proposals aligned with business needs.
  • Lead workshops and meetings for requirements gathering and solution validation.
  • Participate in change management related to SAP project implementations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in delivering enterprise-level SAP Project Systems solutions including S/4HANA experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP PS configuration and testing across major functional areas.
  • Experience with accrual engine, workflow setup, and CFIN is a plus.
  • Familiarity with segregation of duty (Sox).
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.
  • Highly motivated, committed to process improvement and driving change.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to communicate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Independent self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle EBS preferred.
  • Experience with dashboard platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with accrual engine, workflow setup, and CFIN.
  • Familiarity with segregation of duty (Sox).
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle EBS.
  • Experience with dashboard platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar with eight years of relevant professional experience.
  • OR Master's degree with six years of relevant experience.

  • Salary range: $169,320.00 - $219,120.00, with factors such as experience, qualifications, and location considered.
