About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
• Build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with organizational strategy.
• Provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality.
• Lead both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.
• Navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 12 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• A proven track record of at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations in complex or union environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple global SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects, including managing time evaluation solutions, data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to Payroll, and deploying SAP Payroll Control Center.
• A SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
• Knowledgeable in project or program value, finance, and quality management.
• Understanding of the technology landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-60% to meet client needs.

• Base salary range in the US from $169,900 to $388,200; higher ranges for NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California.
